Scopul principal al acestui curs de cinci zile este de a-i  învață pe participanti să implementeze soluții de analiză Business Intelligence (BI) de sine stătătoare și soluții mari de analiză a datelor utilizând platforma de date Microsoft. Cursul dezbate rațiunea pentru auto-service-ul BI și descrie modul de utilizare a serviciilor de raportare Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint Server și Microsoft Office 365 Power BI pentru a crea modele și rapoarte de date cu autoservire. Mai apoi cursul descrie modul în care se utilizează Windows Azure HDInsight pentru a efectua o analiză Big Data.

Curs este destinat clienților care sunt interesați să învețe SQL Server 2012 sau SQL Server 2014. Acesta acoperă noile caracteristici din SQL Server 2014, dar și capabilitățile importante pe platforma de date SQL Server.
